2. What are your top three suggestions for enhancing and improving the existing open space in your community?
Think about the existing open space you use or know about in your community.
Please prioritize your top three suggestions (specific and/or general) for how these spaces could be enhanced and improved at the top of your post.

Littering
1. Organize a team of volunteers to do neighborhood clean ups once a month. I actually think the city needs to have a more organized clean up crew. I've read about PMBC (Philadelphia More Beautiful Committee). Where the h*ll are they?!? I never see anyone cleaning up our streets on a regular basis. We seem to take good care of Main Street and Center City, why not the rest of the city where people actually live and don't just visit.
2. Make sure old and dead trees, shrubs and grass are tended to. We need to maintain our open space and then nature will do the rest.
3. Sign a bill that increases the penalty for littering city-wide! This has to take place if we want to maintain a good growing city image. Plus, if we want to attract new residents and businesses, we have to be clean. Some cities in the west make us look stupid they are so clean. It's probably one of the reasons people have been moving there.
