A WOODEN FENCE IS NEEDED TO MAKE 29TH ARIZONA STREET

I HAVESEEN SO MANY THAT THIS CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HAS TRIED TO MAKE AMERICA MORE BEAUTIFUL, BUT A OPEN SPACE LOCATED IN TEH 29TH HUNDRED BLOCK OF ARIZONS ST. IS VACANT AND NEEDS A FENCE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO MAKE PHILA MORE BEAUTIFUL. THE WOODEN FENCE ARE PLUS, SO I AM A CONCERNED NEIGHBOR AND WISH TO SEE ONE MORE STREET CONNECTING TO THE OTHER THAT ARE BEAUTIFUL, THIS SPOT IS AN EYE SORE TO THE REST OF THE OPEN SPACES.
