City Lighting
Can the mayor be asked to replace the street lights in Philadelphia with ones that consume less power? Such as those from LEDtronics (LEDtronics.com) I think Philly would look great on the map of "The Greenest Cities in the US"
We can start in Center City, where most of the Traffic is, and expand out. It's just a matter of replacing bulbs.
